Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we’re not able to offer a full or partial refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Polishing Compound
  • Cutting Compound
  • Consultation Fees
  • Training Fees
  • Downloadable products (e.g., software or other digital files)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may grant a partial refund in these cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error)
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/card processor.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting can take a few days).
  3. Check with your bank (there’s often processing time).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] and send the item to the returns address below.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping (if we paid for it) may be deducted from your refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanges vary by location.
  • For higher-value items, consider a trackable service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
